Recruiting Coordinator

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $27.00 to $30.00 per hour. IMMEDIATE NEED, possible full time role after contract. Job Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting activities by scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding activities by preparing documentation and assisting with pre employment requirements. Maintain recruitment records and applicant tracking system data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepare recruiting reports and assist with workforce analytics to support hiring decisions. Contribute to recruiting operations by supporting process improvements referral initiatives and job posting management. Requirements 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination talent acquisition support or a related role. Demonstrate experience handling interview scheduling onboarding activities and background screening processes. Possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel. Have experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Support high volume recruiting environments while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Qualifications Maintain strong attention to detail when managing candidate information reports and recruiting documentation. Communicate effectively with candidates hiring managers and recruitment team members. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously. Apply problem solving skills to improve recruiting processes and resolve administrative challenges.
