Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities, addressing the whole patient and adapting to their needs. You collaborate with peers, make referrals when necessary, and teach patients and caregivers skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. If the qualifying Physical Therapy degree was earned outside of the U.S., it must be evaluated as a U.S. equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree.
