Current hiring incentives for this role:

• Relocation allowance – up to $15,000
• Generous sign-on incentives - up to $250,000

The annual salary for this position is $271,000 to $308,000 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, paneling primary care physicians receive additional cash compensation of up to $55,000 annually dependent on FTE and schedule choice. NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
