Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Shift: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Active nursing license with verification
• 2+ years of experience in the Emergency Department
• Pediatric experience
• Travel experience is required
• Skills checklist matching specialty
• Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Experience with EMR system: EPIC
• Drivers license with address that matches demographics

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a fast-paced ED environment
• Perform assessments and formulate nursing diagnoses
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care
• Monitor and document patient condition and interventions
• Participate in patient and family education
