Oncology Sales Representative - Milwaukee, WI / Northern IL

Merck seeks an Oncology Sales Representative for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Northern Illinois territory. The role involves engaging oncology customers, educating stakeholders about oncology products, and achieving assigned sales goals while supporting a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the Milwaukee and Northern Illinois territory
• Engage customers to understand practice structure, business models, and key influencers; build relationships
• Communicate patient-centered product rationale using approved messaging and resources
• Analyze drug distribution channels and purchasing patterns across oncology accounts
• Collaborate with territory team, customer team leader, and other functional areas to ensure consistent customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years sales experience, or high school diploma with 8+ years equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive
• Willingness to travel 10-15% overnight as required
• Reside in or near the assigned district
• 2+ years oncology field-based sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of oncology treatment options, cancer staging, and multidisciplinary care teams
