About the Job Immediately hiring a TIG Welder Fabricator for a shop in San Antonio. Will be responsible for welding and fabricating custom stainless-steel components and equipment per customer specs. Pay is up to $28/hr. based on experience Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm (OT based on production) Duties: Fabricate and weld metal parts and structures according to blueprints and specifications. Perform welding tasks using TIG welding processes on stainless-steel. Some MIG and Stick welding on aluminum and steel materials. Inspect welds and finished products for accuracy, and perform necessary adjustments/rework. Meet production schedules and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Relevant welding certifications (AWS, ASME) Experience welding and fabricating custom stainless-steel components. Requirements: Seeking at least 3 years' experience TIG Welding. Proficiency in all welding processes (TIG, MIG, Stick). Ability to interpret and follow blueprints/schematics/drawings.
