Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a talented and passionate Designer/Stylist to join the team of a large company in OKC. This person will work as part of a team of 11 and will work primarily on photoshoots, particularly still shots of product and packaging. The Designer/Stylist is responsible for creating the overall look and feel of the on-camera talent, props, and wardrobe. They work with the photography team and design team to understand the creative vision of the photoshoot and ensure that the talent and set are styled accordingly. This person is responsible for styling smaller still sets with supporting elements in the background. They will create a concept, choosing the theme/season they are wanting to utilize to create the vision of the set, and choose the appropriate items to design the set. Experience in social media, particularly with micro reels on Instagram and TikTok, is beneficial, as well as a background in home decor and merchandising. The Designer/Stylist must be adaptable and able to take feedback well, with a willingness to learn the ropes of set styling and design. They should be able to work well in a team environment and be capable of designing and styling sets to meet the client's needs. Conducting research to stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights will also be a crucial part of your role.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years designer/stylist experience

Exceptional eye for design and ability to adhere to companys voice/style

Experience creating inspirational and compelling visuals, creating outlines, storyboards, and mood boards, and executing designs from concept

Demonstrated expertise in crafting and storytelling, and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Knowledge of design trends and the ability to learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required
