Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - East Orange, NJ
Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an OTR opportunity that combines competitive pay with modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes with excellent mileage potential and performance bonuses. Home Time:
- Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight.
- We aim for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may be necessary.
- Schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with responsibility for secured parking.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.
- Approximately 70% of our loads are drop and hook, reducing dock waiting times.
Pay and Miles:
- Average weekly earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 based on hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.
Running Area:
- Primarily east of I-35, with potential for dedicated drivers to earn up to 3,000 miles weekly.
- Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

- Health insurance begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
