Position: Apprentice Electrician Pay Range: $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Apprentice Electrician, you’ll assist lead electricians in completing residential and commercial electrical jobs while gaining the knowledge, training, and hands-on experience needed for a successful career.

Through our Apprenticeship Program, you will work toward earning your Journeyman’s License while contributing to high-quality installations, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will:

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and systems.

Support lead electricians with troubleshooting electrical issues and determining necessary repairs.

Work with and learn to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications.

Identify, prepare, and organize appropriate materials and quantities for repair or installation projects.

Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to help present repair or installation options to customers.

Assist with safety inspections and ensure work is completed according to company standards.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to every customer.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

High school diploma or equivalent.

Relevant electrical, construction, or trade experience is a plus, but not required.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

A dependable, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and take pride in quality workmanship.
