Responsible for evaluating, treating, and monitoring patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. Collaborates with healthcare teams to provide high-quality respiratory care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients respiratory conditions through clinical evaluation and diagnostic tests.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management, aerosol treatments, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Comply with institutional policies and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure in Georgia or a Compact state at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate clinical competency and pass a clinical screening process.
• Ability to work night shifts (312 hours).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and facility policies.
