For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Please note this bonus is not available for per-diem positions. Summary: The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
