Position Details Schedule: Friday through Sunday Flexible hours based on client needs and availability In-home and/or facility-based assignments What We Offer We value our employees and prioritize your well‑being by offering a comprehensive benefits package: Weekly pay with direct deposit Flexible scheduling (PRN and part-time opportunities) Employee referral bonus Mileage and reimbursement from client to client in same day ($0.30/mile) Free training and continuing education Career growth opportunities – we promote from within Nurse and Employee of the Month recognition Responsibilities Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming Assist with: Meal preparation and feeding Light housekeeping and linen changes Transportation to appointments and errands Outdoor activities and shopping Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing Requirements Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience High school diploma or GED Current CPR certification Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray) Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.) Work-Life Balance Flexible schedules Weekend-focused opportunities In-home and facility-based assignments Join BrightStar Care and be part of a team that values compassion, excellence, and you.
