Role
Lead growth marketing for Rakuten's user acquisition, overseeing multi-channel strategies to boost new user growth and optimize lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Develop a data-driven acquisition approach
- Manage substantial marketing budgets with an emphasis on efficiency
- Build a test-and-learn culture with ongoing experimentation
- Monitor KPIs for continuous optimization
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to scale operations through automation and new technology

Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing with proven success in scaling channels and improving efficiency
- Expert knowledge of Facebook, Google, programmatic platforms, and marketing tech tools like Amplitude, Datorama, Segment, Tableau
- Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL is a plus
- Leadership experience building and managing teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and communicate effectively with executives
