In the Pharmacy unit, the Hospital Pharmacy Manager will guide inpatient medication management across the central dispensary and clinical pharmacy services, leveraging an award winning Medical Center environment, new technology, and a full pharmacy staff to optimize sterile compounding, medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and evidence-based therapy that strengthens care across the continuum. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, the Inpatient Pharmacy Manager will lead clinical specialists, pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians while partnering closely with friendly nurses, physicians, and a diverse healthcare professional team to advance operations, enhance automation and EHR workflows, uphold USP standards, support 340B integrity, mentor staff, steward budgets, champion quality initiatives, and streamline interdisciplinary care that patients and caregivers trust.
