Business Intelligence Analyst

OptumHealth HCEThis position is responsible for providing analytical support to the development and operations of reporting and data solutions for health care delivery teams within OptumHealth.Responsibilities:MUST HAVE VERY STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS to be able to work directly with end users and key stakeholders to resolve issues and identify opportunities to drive business goals through reporting and data deliverablesHigh-level of experience in identifying, interpreting, and documenting requirements for reporting and data solutionsPerforms complex data analysis to validate data quality, produce ad-hoc data deliverables, and identify root causes and solutions when data issues are identifiedDesign and code efficient and effective solutions for challenging problems ranging from small to large complex work effortsPerforms front-end user testing to ensure reporting functionality is working as expected and in alignment with stakeholder expectationsIdentify and implement improvements to existing business processes and technology solutions, such as automation of manual data processingBuild solid relationships within the organization including financial, actuarial, and network contractingRequired:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Information Systems, Finance, etc.
