Registered Nurse - Operating Room #26-27129 $2,254/week Canton, GA RN-Registered Nurse // OR - Operating Room $1,246 weekly stipends $28/hour $1,008 weekly base pay Onsite Contract Starts 9/10/2026 13 weeks Share on Job Description Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) – Travel Contract Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room Department: 660C Surgery – RN OR Location: Canton, GA 30115 Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Schedule: Days, 6:30 AM–7:00 PM Shift: 3×12-hour shifts / 36 hours per week On-Call: Required Local Candidates: No local candidates within 50 miles Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and surgical procedures Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases Assist with surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique Prepare the operating room, equipment, instruments, and supplies Monitor patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments as ordered Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection-control and patient-safety standards Participate in required on-call coverage Holiday Requirement Must work 2 major holidays from: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year's Day And 1 minor holiday : Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year's Eve #ORRN1 Backed by precision, and results, we connect top talent with leading organizations through trusted partnerships.
