Job Summary Warehouse Operators are responsible for receiving, moving, picking and shipping product throughout our warehouse and integration operations. Responsibilities include operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), applying and scanning labels to ensure product is properly tracked, ensuring all product is safely and securely loaded or stored. The position reports to a Warehouse Supervisor. An ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast‑paced environment, operate handheld scanning equipment, operate various Powered Industrial Trucks, follow processes and be a team player. Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Responsibilities Demonstrate an understanding of safety and best practices while operating equipment such as Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), Crane or Box Truck. Identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within own work area. Apply new ideas or approaches to own work to enhance outputs. Use established tools and techniques to track progress related to implementing process improvements. Learn and support the processes of receiving, shipping and warehousing materials. Collect information to understand problems and identify their origin. Research events and known solutions for basic or routine problems. Implement prescribed steps and ensure effective resolution, escalating troubleshooting if needed. Demonstrate attention during discussions by taking notes and asking clarifying questions. Demonstrate awareness of non‑verbal behavior/cues (e.g., body language) when listening and communicating. Restate and reflect back information to check for understanding. Work with supervisors to set goals and priorities for individual work and manage time efficiently to accomplish goals. Remain focused without becoming sidetracked by non‑urgent or less important tasks or interruptions. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability in meeting individual deadlines, completing tasks in a timely manner. Comply with and promote safety guidelines. Promote a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation. Qualifications High school education. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a Class F endorsement. Must maintain a current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Medical Card) in accordance with federal and state regulations. Safe driving record. Provide 3‑year history. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Forklift Certification (as required and prior to operating a forklift). Forklift Course and Test. Practical Training. Compensation / Benefits Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 an hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
