Payroll Coordinator
$25 - $30 per hourAscendo Resources
- Role: Payroll Coordinator (Contract-to-hire) with professional firm in Trenton, NJ fully onsite M-F (8:30am–5:00pm, 1-hour lunch).
- Be the sole payroll person , independently running end-to-end payroll for ~250 employees across NJ & PA
- Payroll cadence/tools: Bi-weekly + semi-monthly payroll; firm uses Paycom (similar systems like ADP/UKG/Paychex are acceptable).
- Reporting line + scope: Reports to the Director of Finance ; handles reconciliations, leave tracking, employee payroll inquiries, and supports audits/compliance. xhyhwjd
- Pay: $25–$30/hr (noted temp-to-perm target around $60-65K , on conversion/experience).
