Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Women's Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient women's health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Position Overview

Join an integrated outpatient women's health program providing behavioral health services to women across the lifespan. Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, counseling, and treatment planning within a collaborative care model. Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and behavioral health professionals. Manage a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day. Mission-driven organization focused on improving access to behavioral healthcare.

Compensation

Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868. HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible. PSLF Eligible Employer.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. No holidays. No on-call responsibilities.

Role

Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for women's health patients. Develop individualized treatment plans. Coordinate care with primary care and women's health providers. Maintain accurate clinical documentation. Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary care team.
