You’ll represent operations as a partner for supply chain planning, and support the assurance of preparedness for daily activities within operations.**Your Responsibilities:*** Represent operations through planning, coordinating, preparing tech and production activities* Coordinate with maintenance preventative and corrective work orders* Support process teams through floor scheduling and documentation review* Uphold strong safety and quality culture* Support manufacturing through operational mentorship and technical coaching**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):**· **Education**: High school Diploma or greater· **Experience**: 3 years experience within manufacturing**What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):*** Proven technical writing capability* 3+ years experience within GMP, animal health pharmaceutical manufacturing* SAP workorder experience* Quality event management – Deviation, Change, CAPA etc* Cross-functional team work* Strong coaching/mentorship skills* Cradle to grave understanding of biologic manufacturing operations**Additional Information:*** Travel: occasional <10%* Location: Elwood, KS* The Elwood manufacturing facility is a 24/7/365 operation.
