Field Sales Representative – Anchorage, AK

Base + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement

We’re rolling out a new delivery partner program in Anchorage and looking for a motivated, people-focused Field Account Executive to drive local growth.

In this role, you’ll be out in the community recruiting small businesses, pitching the program, and guiding partners through onboarding. If you enjoy face-to-face sales and building relationships, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

• Visit local businesses and introduce the program
• Generate interest and guide partners through onboarding
• Manage leads and pipeline in Salesforce
• Support local events (lunch & learns, info sessions)
• Build relationships with community organizations

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Field/outside sales experience preferred
• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
• Strong communication and a proactive, energetic mindset
• Ability to travel locally (up to ~2 hours roundtrip)

• Uncapped commission
• Mileage reimbursement ($0.725/mile)
• $50/month phone stipend
• Opportunity to build partnerships with local businesses and help grow a new program from the ground up

• Field-based role (3–5 days per week in market)
• Independent, high-impact work with strong team support

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Anchorage, AK.

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
