About the Role:
Charm City Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated School-Based Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Baltimore, MD! Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school-based setting
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document progress notes, evaluation reports, and IEP goals in compliance with school and state requirements
• Provide sensory integration, fine motor, and self-care skill interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences as needed

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT licensure in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
• NBCOT certification required or in progress
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, IDEA regulations, and school-based OT practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and staff
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children of varying needs
