The facility is continuing to invest in automation and recently added multiple new production lines.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial robots and automated production equipmentDiagnose mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtimeMaintain conveyors, slicing and packaging equipment, motors, sensors, and related systemsPerform preventive and corrective maintenanceSupport the installation and startup of new production lines and equipmentTroubleshoot equipment failures and identify root causesPartner with production to improve equipment reliability, safety, and uptimeWhat We're Looking For2+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experienceHands-on robotics troubleshooting and repair experience requiredStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with automated production lines, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors, sensors, or similar equipmentIndustrial manufacturing experience requiredTechnical training, certifications, or an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Automation, Automated Factory Systems, or a related field is preferredWhat You'll Get$30+/hour DOE2nd or 3rd shift – candidate's choiceFull-time, onsite positionHands-on work with robotics and highly automated equipmentOpportunity to work with newly installed production lines and technologyGrowing, family-owned company with career advancement opportunitiesInterested in learning more?
