Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Assistant role based in Chesterfield, VA. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to HR functions, including managing HR records, assisting in benefits administration, and maintaining HRIS systems. Daily tasks include coordinating training programs, supporting HR management activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also includes providing direct assistance to staff with HR-related queries and requests.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Human Resources operations, including HR Management and HR practices
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
Ability to assist with planning and implementing effective training programs
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in using office software and HR-related tools
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage
