Industrial Engineer - Lean Manufacturing Systems

RIX INDUSTRIES

RIX Industries seeks an Industrial Engineer to optimize manufacturing of advanced gas generation, storage, and compression systems serving defense, marine, aerospace, energy, and industrial markets. In this role, you will analyze production workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality using Lean and Six Sigma methods. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient layouts, tooling, and standard work, while driving continuous improvement, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment that values innovation and technical excellence.
