Small firm focusing on residential and commercial projects anywhere from ADUs, single-family tract projects, multifamily and townhome projects, low-rise mix-use projects, etc. The goal is to outperform the market by focusing on long-term growth, market capitalization, and impact design.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD & BIM software to create schematic design and construction documents.
• WQMP, Hydrology, Grading, SWPPP, Easement, TPM/FPM, As-Builts, etc.
• Site visits and site measurements.
• Research and code compliance.

Experience Criteria:

• 6 years of experience, at minimum
• Bachelor Degree, at minimum
• Commercial & Multifamily CD experience
• Licensed Civil Engineer

Summary

A Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for the technical documentation, planning, and design of civil engineering projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and utility systems. The role includes project coordination, regulatory approvals, oversight of engineering staff, and support during construction to ensure compliance with applicable standards and project requirements.
