Job Description Emergency Veterinarian - Ethos ER Immerse Mentorship Program - Frisco, TX (6-month off-site training in Grapevine or Plano) North Dallas VESH is seeking veterinarians passionate about working in emergency medicine for our 6-month training and mentorship program. The Ethos ER Immerse Training Program The ER Immerse Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. Built from the ground up to be different than traditional rotating internship programs, the ERi program has been developed around a curriculum of core competencies essential for an emergency veterinarian. In addition to providing training around clinical knowledge and skills, the program also includes a focus on client and team member communication, professional skills, and life/work integration. The ER Immerse program utilizes a hybrid training approach incorporating simulation-based didactic components into authentic training experiences with live patients. The curriculum is designed using an evidence-based strategy identifying competencies and skills deemed essential for a successful career as an emergency clinician. Program Duration/Commitment 6-month training program beginning June or July 2027 2-year commitment as an ER clinician at North Dallas VESH following training Location (Home Hospital) 9560 Legacy Drive, Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75033 (Training Hospital) Emergency Animal Hospital of Collin County (EACCC) 10225 Custer Road, Plano TX, 75025 or Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas (AEHNT) 2700 West State HWY 114, Grapevine TX, 76051 Program Highlights Rotate with other specialty services during the training program Always work with a dedicated mentor on shifts No on-call Competency-based curriculum that includes asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds Regular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors Work authorization in the United States is a requirement for the position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the company, but candidates eligible for TN status may be considered.
