- Monitor construction progress through regular status meetings and reviews, ensuring projects remain aligned with expectations for schedule, administration, profitability, and field execution.
- Collaborate daily with Project Managers, vendors, and the purchasing team to confirm materials and logistics support uninterrupted, high-quality work.
Financial & Risk Management
- Provide executive-level oversight of project financials, ensuring manpower planning and overhead schedules accurately reflect current and future needs.
- Conduct financial, contractual, and legal risk analysis, developing mitigation strategies that protect the company and our partners.
- Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of design or scope changes and support Project Managers in communicating proactively and transparently with stakeholders.
