SERVICE MANAGER

In this role, you will lead daily shop and field operations, coordinate service technicians, and deliver exceptional support to our customers. If you excel at problem-solving, dispatching, and ensuring smooth service operations, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Filter incoming customer service requests and dispatch road/shop technicians efficiently. Prepare accurate repair estimates, track active work orders, and process billing paperwork. Order necessary service parts and assist customers with direct parts inquiries. Support walk-in or calling customers with basic equipment sales inquiries and direct them to sales representatives. Qualifications: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proven commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Technical familiarity with material handling or construction equipment (preferred).
