- Worki on-site at a premier, fast-paced manufacturing facility : Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of our facility to ensure a safe and productive environment for the entire team.
- Facility Sanitation: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize common areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and main walkways.
- Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials.
- Surface Maintenance: Dust and wipe down fixtures, countertops, windows, and frequently touched surfaces across the facility.
- Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify the supervisor when materials need to be restocked.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety standards, including the proper handling and dilution of cleaning chemicals.
- Previous industrial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
