As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pensacola, FL. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement, to elevate client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through differentiated experiences and lobby engagement activities, positioning PNC products to meet needs. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating judgment within established limits. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Work Experience : 3+ years relevant experience; Associate’s degree or equivalent. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered, including military service.
