Desktop Support Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.Support Windows operating systems and common business applications.Document incidents, requests, and resolutions within a ticketing system.Assist with device deployments, equipment replacements, workstation setups, and user onboarding.Perform basic account support, password resets, and access-related requests.Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base updates.Deliver excellent customer service while meeting service-level expectations.Required Qualifications1-2 years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience.Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other end-user hardware.Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExposure to device deployment, imaging, or hardware refresh projects.Desire to learn and grow within an enterprise IT environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Noblesville, IN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
