Registered Nurse PreOp PACU Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Waxahachie is hiring a Registered Nurse PreOp PACU. The PreOp/PACU Registered Nurse provides continuity and quality nursing care for all patients, with continual evaluation of the patient's condition, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and privacy at all times. The RN may assist physicians in procedure rooms with tasks such as conscious sedation and utilizing sterile techniques as appropriate. The RN provides comprehensive patient care to patients emerging from general anesthesia and/or sedation; assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family prepare for discharge.
