This role involves floating between ICU and stepdown units, providing specialized neuro ICU experience, and ensuring high standards of patient care. The candidate must demonstrate strong neuro experience and meet the specified qualification requirements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU or neuro ICU, specific certifications including skills checklist and reference verification, current certification card, and demographic profile completion including badge-appropriate picture
• Additional Information: The candidate profile must include work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days, skills checklist, references, certification card, and Nursys license verification. Candidates are expected to be flexible in floating between ICU and stepdown units, with patient ratios of 1-2 in ICU and 3-4 in stepdown.
