Salary: $142,000 - 194,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We require 8+ years of experience in systems, platform, cloud infrastructure, networking, or distributed systems engineering.
• We need strong hands-on experience with Linux, systems software, networking, automation, and operating large-scale services.
• We require experience designing and running highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure platforms.
• We look for proven ability to lead architecture and delivery across multiple engineering organizations.
• We require strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills for complex hardware/software and distributed-systems issues.
• We need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with SmartNICs, DPUs, programmable networking hardware, or NIC firmware/platform software.
• Preferred: experience with virtual networking, data plane systems, VCN/VPC technologies, or cloud network virtualization.

• Preferred: familiarity with observability platforms, incident management, and operational excellence practices.

• We lead the architecture and technical strategy for Card Management, covering provisioning, lifecycle management, platform software, security, observability, and operational readiness.
• We design and deliver dependable, scalable services for SmartNIC/DPU fleet management in OCI.
• We drive complex technical and architectural decisions related to card provisioning, lifecycle management, platform security, and reliability.
• We set technical direction, resolve ambiguous system-level issues, and make decisions with broad platform and customer impact.
• We improve automation, telemetry, diagnosability, availability, performance, and operational processes.
• We identify and reduce platform reliability, security, and operational risks.
• We partner with hardware and software teams to define requirements, validate designs, and support new platform introductions.
• We serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical mentoring across the organization.
• We participate in operational readiness reviews and incident analysis, and we drive durable corrective actions.
