Job Title: Production Assembler
Location: Worthington, MN
Compensation: $16.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Worthington, MN. In this role, you'll help produce pond and agriculture products in a hands-on, team-oriented environment while building valuable manufacturing experience. What You'll Do as a Production Assembler:

• Assemble pond and agriculture products on a production line
• Fill small bags with powdered material using a spout system
• Seal filled bags and place them into molded half-spheres
• Join two halves together to create a finished product
• Package completed products for distribution

What You Need to Bring to the Production Assembler Role:

• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Comfort performing repetitive hand and wrist movements
• Ability to handle lightweight items (typically under 10 lbs.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Dependable attendance with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Entry-level candidates welcome - no prior experience required
