Our client, a leading facility management organization, is seeking a Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian to join their team. As a Cleaner/Janitor/Custodian, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting daily cleaning and building upkeep. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Joliet, IL

Pay Range: $19.90

Shift: 5p-9pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom sanitation
• Dispose of garbage and restock supplies as needed
• Support internal office moves and cubicle setup or teardown
• Assist with general building maintenance such as minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Participate in building start-up, clean-up, and recycling activities to ensure efficient operations

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-2 years of related experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of manual work techniques and industrial equipment
• Ability to lift between 50 to 100 pounds safely
• Good attendance and a positive attitude are essential
