Learn more at Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and building mechanical equipment Inspect equipment and facilities to identify wear, damage, or potential issues Complete minor repairs and adjustments as needed Replace filters, belts, lubricate components, and perform general upkeep Accurately document maintenance activities and report findings to management Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Travel to customer locations as required using company vehicle Qualifications EPA Certification (required) 1-3 years of preventive or general maintenance experience Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment Familiarity with hand and power tools Strong troubleshooting and time management skills Reliable and capable of working independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Opportunities for advancement Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off - Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Days Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Company Vehicle and Uniforms Provided Tech Package - Smartphone or tablet for jobsite use Paid Training and Certifications Personal Tool Replacement Program Company Events and Employee Recognition Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Occasional overtime opportunities Location Remote Field Operations - Technicians will travel to commercial client sites across the service region based out of Westerville, OH.
