Mammographer 20 hrs weekends

Job Details Part time 20 hours per week! Great for mothers hours! Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-6pm. Responsibilities Under the administrative direction of the Mammography Supervisor, the Mammographer performs screening Mammography at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision of technical detail and assumes responsibility for designated areas. Qualifications Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with others. Proficiency in using computers and the ability to gain competency in various software applications, including hospital specific applications, Microsoft Office, cell phone, and pager. Organizational skills to work in an efficient, orderly fashion. Maintain current CPR certification (required). One year of mammographer work experience (preferred). Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology Training program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRC/ERT). Licensure with the Department of Public Health to practice Mammography in Massachusetts. Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Mammography (ARRT)(M).
