PARKVIEW ITEMS OF NOTE:
- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by ***%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate)
- Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment
- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation

External Beam Radiation Therapy- SBRT, SRS, Vmat, SGRT with Identify, DIBH


2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Siemens Somatom CT, Varian True Beam, Aria, Eclipse and Epic.


3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
2 years experience


4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
ARRT, OH License, BLS


5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
Therapist never work alone, No call, No weekends


6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
No, Bryan, OH location only


7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
N/A- Radiation Oncology Department is a HOD, across the street from the main hospital. We have have 1 treatment machine, 1 CT sim. Treatment 15 to 20 patients daily.


8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)


9. Dress Code:
Charcoal/ Gray Scrubs

10. Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program.
General Orientation for Hospital and EPIC Training. (Do we do this for all travelers???)
