Automotive Body Shop Collision Center Estimator

The Driver’s Village Collision Center provides excellent opportunities for advancement, and competitive compensation based on experience. A Licensed Estimator will earn between $60k and $72K depending on work history and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Greet and respond to our clients and guests in a welcoming manner
• Assess customers’ needs and concerns for their vehicles
• Accurately enter customer and vehicle information
• Clearly communicate with customers throughout the collision repair process, from beginning through completion
• Provide timely updates to customers on vehicle status
• Conduct business in an ethical manner with integrity
• Other duties as assigned

Applicants Should Meet or Exceed These Requirements:

• New York Independent Adjuster License required
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Valid NY State Driver’s License
• High school diploma or equivalent
