Residential Remodeling Carpenter:

• Pay: $40,000 - $58,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday.
• Location: Greenville, SC area and Residential job sites
• Overtime: Occasional overtime available.

Ferguson Builders is looking for a skilled Residential Remodeling Carpenter to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position working on custom residential remodeling projects where quality craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail matter.

What You'll do:

• Build, install, adjust, and repair components for residential remodeling projects.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, and install construction materials accurately.
• Perform a variety of residential construction and finish carpentry work.
• Read and follow plans, measurements, specifications, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship.
• Keep job sites, tools, and equipment safe and organized.
• Work with the Project Manager and production team to keep projects moving.
• Maintain accurate records with Daily Logs.
• Communicate clearly with the production team, clients, and trade partners as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• General knowledge of residential construction practices and building codes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, kneel, and work in residential job-site environments.
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, or tile is a plus.
