Real Estate Research + Site Selection Analyst

ProStar Commercial Real Estate is a Frisco-based firm specializing in national tenant representation and site selection. We help growing brands identify and secure the right locations through market expertise, data-driven insights, and a client-focused approach. Position Overview We’re seeking a Real Estate Research + Site Selection Analyst to support our brokerage and operations teams in identifying and analyzing commercial real estate opportunities nationwide. This role offers hands‑on experience in tenant representation, market research, and site strategy—ideal for recent graduates interested in launching a career in commercial real estate. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential retail, office, industrial, and medical site opportunities across U.S. markets Analyze demographic, traffic, and competitor data to support site selection recommendations Assist in preparing market reports, maps, and presentations for client meetings Track and organize property listings, LOIs, and deal progress in internal databases Collaborate with brokers and transaction managers on active client projects Support due diligence efforts, including property tours, site photos, and vendor coordination Maintain awareness of market trends and development activity Support brokers in development of transaction materials including RFPs, LOIs, etc. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Geography, or a related field Strong research and analytical skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with mapping tools (Google Earth, ESRI, CoStar, or similar) is a plus Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Self-motivated with a professional attitude and willingness to learn Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or requirements.
