Regional General Manager

A growing regional company is looking for a Regional General Manager to oversee business performance, team leadership, client relationships, and day-to-day operations within the assigned market. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving growth, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the region operates efficiently and profitably.The right candidate will be comfortable managing both people and performance, partnering with sales to support growth, and working directly with internal teams to ensure strong execution across client engagements.
