We provide quality resources in four specialty areas: Information Technology (IT), Clinical Research, Rehabilitation Therapy and Nursing./ph3Job Description/h3pAssistant Network is responsible for providing support to the network group./ppJob functions include receiving of purchase orders, receiving invoices for payment, creating purchase orders, maintaining records for cell sites, maintaining site list and contact numbers for work groups, and providing updates as required./ppMay also be responsible for providing the highest possible quality and reliability in both clerical and technical areas, including interfacing with various departments such as: Engineering, System Performance, Operations, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, IT etc./ph3Qualifications/h3pMinimum AA degree or equivalent./ppMinimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably within a network organization./ppMinimum 2 years of cellular experience preferred./ppMust be highly proficient utilizing Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related Windows-based software./ppMust be able to work as part of a support staff in a technical office environment./ppMust have the ability to support a group of 20 plus./ppKnowledge of PeopleSoft (Purchasing System) i.e., creation of purchase orders. Ability to multitask and prioritize the assignments as and when required./p/div
