HR Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description Job Description CTR Group is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator for a Manufacturing Company in the Williamsburg, VA, area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring. Pay Range: $20 - $25 per Hour plus Benefits What We Offer: Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week Comprehensive Benefits Package Safety First! The Recruiting Coordinator will accomplish the following: Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Coordinate recruiting calendars and communications. Maintain Applicant Tracking System records. Prepare candidate documentation and assist with submission packages. Track recruiting activities and generate reports. Provide administrative support to recruiters and project leadership. Assist with onboarding coordination. Help with recruiting events and employer branding (i.e. job fairs, company events as needed) Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of recruiting coordination or human resources experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office / MS Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication.
