What You'll Do:

Build relationships with members and guests
Drive membership sales and studio growth
Lead and motivate a high-performing team
Create engaging social media and community partnerships
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional studio
Deliver a five-star member experience

What We're Looking For:

Positive, self-motivated attitude
Strong communication and people skills
Sales and customer service experience preferred
Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
Leadership mindset with a desire to grow professionally
