Overview We are seeking a dedicated Counter Server for Velvet Taco who can greet Guests, take orders, and contribute to a positive, high-energy dining experience. Responsibilities Enthusiastically greets every Guest with a smile and positive attitude Take Guests’ order using the Velvet Taco steps of service Ensure dine-in, to-go and call-in orders are properly rung up in the POS Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law (where applicable) Maintain a clean, sanitized service area Have full knowledge of all food & beverage menu items Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift Other functions as assigned by management Have fun and Kick Ass Qualifications Ability to greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Experience with POS systems and handling cash, credit, and gift card transactions Knowledge of menu items or ability to learn quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits Excellent Pay + Tips Flexible Schedules FREE Tacos!
