We are proactively building a talent pool for a large, short-term seasonal call center project expected to launch at the end of the year. This opportunity will support increased call volume during a peak business period and is ideal for candidates seeking seasonal employment, recent graduates, individuals between opportunities, or customer service professionals interested in short-term work.

Title: Seasonal Medical Call Center Rep

Location: Plantation, FL 33322 (Onsite)
Pay: $24-$26/hr
Duration: Short Term Seasonal End-of-Year Project
Expected Start: Late December 2026

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Document interactions accurately
• Follow established procedures and guidelines
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Support customers in a fast-paced call center environment

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
