• Direct experience within a Customer Success Operations team
• Experience measuring customer health, retention, renewals, adoption, or engagement
• Experience with a Customer Success platform such as Gainsight
• Experience working within a SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based organization
• Exposure to predictive analytics, forecasting, or operational planning
• Experience improving or automating manual reporting processes
• Experience building a metric dictionary or standardized KPI framework
• Experience working with data engineering or BI teams to improve reporting infrastructure
• Prior mentorship or team-lead responsibilities without needing formal people-management experience
Job Description:
The Business Operations Analyst serves as a senior individual contributor within the Customer Success Reporting and Analytics function. This role is responsible for defining reporting frameworks, designing analytical approaches, and delivering strategic insights that guide Customer Success leadership decision-making. The Sr. Analyst partners closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify trends, define operational metrics, and ensure reporting infrastructure supports organizational growth and operational efficiency.
